Temporarily: If it was a mild burn, with only redness or blistering, once the area heals the feeling should return to normal. If it was a third degree burn, with full-thickness skin loss, the area will likely require further treatment.

Depends on depth : If you have sustained a third degree burn ( full thickness injury) which is probably unlikely, you may experience loss of sensation in the burned area.
