No: I dont think that lack of sunlight cause anemia. Lack of sunlight will affect vitamin d level but has nothing to do with hemoglobin level.

Sunlight : Usually not from vitamin d deficiency but if you have other vitamin deficiencies at the same time, than it can happen.
