Help with pain behind my eyes. i have iron deficiency anemia like many women. could my lack of iron be causing this?

No: Pain behind the eyes is associated with headaches, including occipital neuralgia with referred pain. Iron deficiency anemia is not a cause of headaches behind the eyes. Severe anemia can cause dizziness and in some cases headaches, but these do not localize behind the eyes.
