No easy way: Tinnitus is a result of some form of hearing dysfunction or hearing loss. The cells in you brain that are designed to receive signals from a certain frequency of hearing are no longer getting that input due to the hearing loss. These cell then become overactive and branch out to nearby cell and that is basically the cause of tinnitus.We can only investigate the cause of hearing loss that causes it.
