Benzoyl peroxide..: Many of the otc acne cream/washes are made of benzoyl peroxide preparation which has a drying effect and non-comedogenic (not clogging pores) and thus decent to use as a treatment/maintenance for acne care. Avoid excessive rubbing/scrubbing as this will make it worse. The anti-acne pads can remove the oil quite well, but again, don't rub/scrub too hard. Consult doc if not better. Good luck.
