No: You need to find out the reason that you are having arm symptoms. While you may have bulging discs at multiple levels in the neck, please keep in mind that to some degree, bulging discs are a normal part of aging. Unless the discs are compressing nerves or the spinal cord, may cause no symptoms at all. Whatever is causing your arm pain would dictate the appropriate treatment.
