Yes it can: Yes, stress can bring on vertigo. But, you need to work with your family physician also to make sure nothing else is going on. With "stress" it's not just the events but it's how we're responding to them that's important. There is help for stress responses that are limiting or overwhelming to you. At any age, meditation and other mind-body practices can be extremely useful.
