Absolutely Yes!: Adult orthodontics have come a long way. In addition to regular full orthodontic treatment, invisible aligners, such as invisalign, or sto short term orthodontics such as six month smiles, may be appropriate for you if the bite is ok and you want the appearance and alignment of the front teeth improved.

Positively yes: Most modern orthodontic practices have 20 to 30 percent of their patients being adults. There is no age to old to acquire and enjoy a great smile.

Yes: There are many orthodontic appliances used to facilitate tooth/jaw movement. Depending upon your particular circumstance, one or more may be indicated. My most common adult adjuncts are: bite turbos, bite plates, tads, and of course braces of several types. Your orthodontist will prescribe the appropriate appliances to treat you case quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely: But focus on the treatment for your particular problem, rather than the appliance, the tooth-guiding gadgets. Almost a full third of all orthodontic patients today are adults, and there are so many marvelous things that can be done, even for the "over the hill" crowd. By all means go get an evaluation by a orthodontic specialist. You will be pleased with the treatments available.
