Food Trap : You may have an area of the mouth where food gets stuck because of the way the teeth fit together. We call this a food trap. After a couple of days of good brushing and flossing the smell should disappear but you may always get food stuck in that area. Visit your dentist to make sure you don't have infected gums and/or tooth.

A Cavity or Leakage: From a crown or tooth can be a source if 1 particular tooth is specified. Also check if you noticed any bleeding in the gums because it can be a sign of periodontal disease which maybe present in other areas as well. Your dentist can save you from a more severe type of condition if you visit him/her soon.
