If the smell is bad,: you need to see your dentist as it can spell trouble like a cavity or abscess. If it's a pleasant smell like the food or fruit you ate, that is not a problem. See your dentist and see what s/he says is the problem after doing a dental exam. That's the best!

Bacteria: The floss is removing the bacteria that is lodged between your teeth. It is malodorous and removing it is a good thing... your teeth and gums will be healthier, you'll have fewer cavities, and your breath will smell better. All the best.
