Yes: Marijuana causes increased congestion of blood vessels in the eye - in fact, reddened eyes are one of the signs of smoking marijuana. If you already have a conjunctivitis, it will increase the irritation and inflammation going on in your eye. There are eyedrops which can help - talk to your doctor. If you have problems stopping marijuana, even temporarily, seek counseling with a professional.
