Am acute sinusitis and when i try to move my eyes why there is a headache occuring?

Depends on which : Sinuses are infected. Some of them are very close to the eyes and headaches are common with a sinus infection. However , it would be best to call your dr his morning and review your case with them... Is this a new symptom? How severe? Meds you ate taking :antibiotics. Nasal sprays. Decongestants etc.
