My docs took me off bp meds as bp was too low. now it varies from a low of 109/56 to a spike of 180/80 once per month. avg. is 119/64. is this ok?

Yes: Blood pressure will fluctuate depends on the circumstances. Your average is excellent off of the BP med. I would say your doctor is a great doc.
