Hard to say: The fact that you have not started any vaginal bleeding is a good sign. Pain towards the end prior to a pregnancy test can also mean that the ovaries are enlarging possibly from an early pregnancy. The ovaries enlarge due to making more Progesterone to help support the pregnancy from the corpus lutein cysts.
