Bl/urine/ straining : If the drop of blood happens at end of urination we call this terminal hematuria. This occurs from bladder contraction at end of urination. If you have not had cystoscope you need one (need urologist). If you live outside the us and europe, schistosomiasis is on the list to rule out.
