No: The psychoactive ingredient in designer forms of marijuana, such as k2, chill, spice, and similar products is the result of added synthetic cannabinoids, not opiates. Many of these cannabinoids and cannabinoid receptor agonists (activate the receptor) are much more potent than thc. They are preferred by some, because standard toxicology tests cannot detect these cannabinoid-like substances.

Don't think so.: If you are referring to substances like "k2" it is not an opioid. Yes many report having a more intense mood change. Several reports of psychosis following such use, marijuana use is a risk factor for developing schizophrenia. Quit before it gets you.
