Chronic Opioids: Whether heroin, Suboxone or morphine-like drugs can all affect your hormonal systems particularly the gonadal systems that include estrogen, progesterone, dhea, pregnenolone as well as your bodies production of cortisol. Hair loss in general is a complex process and regrowth can't always be predicted without more info. You need to see doc to check out all of these systems and get you your answer.

Meds Cause Hair Loss: Medications, especially those that alter your mental and nutritional status, can severely impact hair growth. Typically, once you recover from the addiction, the hair will rebound to some degree. However, sometimes the hair follicle damage is more significant, needing medical treatments to encourage regrowth, like topical formula 82m, laser therapy with lasercap, vampire prp injections, etc.
