Gastroenteritis: Abdominal pain & diarrhea is usually secondary to a "stomach virus" (gastroenteritis), or perhaps even food-poisoning. If she can keep down liquids, this should resolve w/o medical rx. If the diarrhea resolves but the pain worsens, especially if it settles in the right-lower abdomen, please have her seen by a dr. To check for appendicitis.

Go to ER : If there is an abdominal pain there is always possibility of appendicitis, so take your daughter to er. She might just have a gastroenteritis, but abdominal pain needs to be checked.
