Anxiety: All your symptoms can be explained by anxiety. That being said, seeing an internist for a complete exam is recommended. If everything checks out, then seeing a specialist in anxiety disorders is the thing for you to do. Long term anxiety can result in physical problems, so lets address this asap.

Sinus problems: As far as the pressure in upper teeth, this may be caused by sinus problems and possibly a sinus infection. You may want to check with a physician.
