Don't.: Don't commit to "losing weight." this is the wrong focus. Besides, if it is truly weight loss you want, just have your leg amputated. This will result in at least 30-40 lbs of weight loss. A better idea is to commit to "getting healthy." this is a much better goal, has a better sound to it, and will result in weight loss, better heart health, better mental health, etc. The key is...Exercise.
