Good pace: 3 lbs is a good pace for weight loss, exercisingor not. Just need to be patient and give yyourself credit for the work you are doing.

Don't need to change: 3 pounds a week is great, if you continue this then you should reach your goal in no time. Any more weight loss per week is not healthy and can be very dangerous.
