Visualize how you: Will feel & look when your’e at your healthiest. Also, think about what the issue was that motivated you to to lose weight in the first place. Insure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water/day. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per/day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbs. Exercize.
