My 4 month old has chest congestion. i was told to give her saline mist to clear it up. how often am i suppose to give it to her.?

Chest congestion: Saline is good for clearing up a stuffy nose. Perhaps your baby also has a cough produced by the chest congestion? Maintaining good hydration by frequent feedings is also helpful. If its cold weather in your locality, a humidifier or vaporizer will also help.
