Yes, but ...: Mini-ivf uses less drugs but also has a very low success rate. Many clinics do not even offer it because it works so poorly. If you failed 3 ivf cycles, you should have a detailed discussion with your doc and perhaps consider a second opinion. Maybe adding pgs embryo screening could help. Make sure endometrium is normal, good luck.

Mini is less success: "mini" ivf refers to less stimulation to the ovaries. While only the cost of medication is reduced, the mini stim results in less eggs and less success. At 35 with 3 prior ivf cycles, your approach to mini-ivf is not cost-effective. You may want to consider another ivf lab and/or complete chromosome microarray testing of the embryos prior to transfer (preimplantation screening).

Yes: You can certainly do mini ivf, however success rates will be lower as you will have less eggs to choose from. The fact that you have had good quality eggs before is reassuring. Did you get pregnant from prior 3 ivfs?

Yes!: Yes, you are very good candidate for Mini IVF. You will only need 1/5 dose medication of conventional IVF. You will have similar or even better pregnancy outcome!
