As long as your sperm is adequate and your wife does not have major tubal issues, there is still a chance of natural pregnancy, even after failed ivf, and even if she has high fsh levels. After 19 failed ivf cycles (19 attempts or 19 retrievals?) egg donation is the best next step: our preg. Rate is 88%.
