Gentle diet: Some people benefit from a very gentle diet, possibly liquids only for a few days, that may help them pass any retained gas. A suppository might also help. See your surgeon.

Not due to your: Colonoscopy. Most gas from a scope is gone in 12-24 hours. You may have an imbalance in gut bacteria soa probiotic such as florastor or align may help. Also don't go overboard on fiber as too much fiber and not enough fluids can ccause bloating as well. Be sure to drink 80-100 ounces of caffeine free/alcohol free fluids daily.
