Is there certain amount of time that when you have pid you will start experiencing symptoms?

It may vary: There is no fixed time in pid for symptoms to develope it depends on the cause of the pid.Usual symptoms are vaginal discharge, cramps and pain in pelvis , foul vaginal odor, fever, painful sex, pain on urination, irregular periods causes are due ti germs moving up from vagina and cause infection in pelvic organs.Most common organisms are gonorrhea&chlamydia it can take from few days to months to appe.

CAN BE FROM DAYS/MON: It may take days to months, as bacteria have to travel up from the vagina to pelvic organs.The commonest causes are sexually transmitted disease gonorrhea and chlamydia and can happen with other bacteria as well symptoms are fever, pain, foul smelling discharge, pain durin sex andurination, irregular periods in case of gonorrhea not treated it takes only days and with others may take days to months.
