Am i considered to have compromised immune system if it took 3 times to rid of bacterial vaginitis, then might have pid?

No suspicion of PID: Probably you mean bacterial vaginosis, not vaginitis. Slow response of BV does not increase your risk of PID, and does not suggest a compromised immune system. No kind of immune compromise is known to increase the risk of either BV or PID. If you had PID, you probably would have had low abdominal pain, which you don't mention. Discuss all this with your doctor(s). Good luck!
