Yes: Shortness of breath can result from many medical causes, but, anxiety is one of the more common ones. Lack of exercise deconditions your body. As a result, your body is starved for oxygen at a lower level of exertion leading to shortness of breath.

Shortness of breath?: Yes anxiety specially panic attack can cause shortness of breath and can result in the patient going to er , lack of excersize can decrease ability to tolerate excessive activity and can result easily in shortness of breath. Excersize i can increase endorphine which is good for mild depressive symptoms , increase u endorance and decrease u weight.
