Am 19 and my period is irregular my cycle lasts around 32 to 48 days , how do i know when i'm ovulating ?

See a doctor: To find out when you are ovulating, you may do following few things: check basal body temperature, pay attention to ovulation pain, watery cervical discharge, or using ovulation predicting kit. More importantly, you need to see a gynecologist to find out the reason of irregular period. It may find out other condition such as pcos, which needs medication attention.
