You can not: This stone is borderline for being able to pass you its own. Filter your urine and if you have not passed it in the next 48 hours go to the emergency room.

Borderline passable: 6mm stone is at upper limit for size to be passed spontaneously. U r hopefully under care of a urologist & drinking lots of water. Your urologist might prescribe Flomax (tamsulosin) which helps ureter to dilate & permit easier passage of a stone. Would be a candidate for eswl (shockwave lithotripsy) if stone symtomatic & does not pass or if gets any larger. Good luck.
