Usually not: Small cysts are a normal part of the monthly cycle of the ovaries. Larger cysts may be abnormal, especially if they have solid components. In mosts cases, cysts do not impact fertility. A particular kind of cyst called an endometrioma will likely have a negative impact on fertility.
