To diagnose PCOS: To diagnose pcos you need irregular (skipped or absent) periods. You also need elevated androgens in blood and/or a polycystic 'look' to ovaries on ultrasound: sounds like you might (or might not ) have this. But US doesn't diagnose PCOS by itself. Best wishes.
