I have fybroid cysts on my uterus. im always bleeding and in pain. i can't get a hysterectomy because i was on coumidin for 6 mnths.what else can i do?

Options: There are a number of options: a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud oral progestins endometrial ablation in some cases a hysterectomy can still be done with a temporary bridge off of Coumadin to heparin. This would only be done in special cases, however, and in some cases would have particular risks associated with it.
