Not clear: I'm not sure what your doctor is saying. All hemangiomas are treatable. May need surgery, or laser, or injections. The question is it worth it? You need to go to someone with a lot of experience with this.

Lip Hemangioma: Angiomas of the lip are very common and usually can be treated with a topical laser. Larger hemangioma may require multiple treatments. Some hemangioma are more difficult to treat than others. See someone with experience treating these.
