Evaluate: Why don't you see a cardiologist and talk about your concern before you have a stress test -- because if you do have an aneurysm then it might not be safe to do a stress test.

Screen then stress: Get an ultrasound to screen for aaa. At your young age, you are unlikely to have a significant aneurysm, however with a family history, it is a good idea to make sure. Then get the stress test if that has been recommended. If you are just worried about cardiac risk, a fast ct with calcium score might also be an option.
