Nasal steroids.: Rhinocort aqua, or budesonide, is an intranasal steroid that is the best studied and safest intranasal steroid medication in pregnancy. It has minimal side effects and may help with congestion unlike any oral medication or over-the-counter addictive nasal spray. Discuss this option with your doctor.
