Likely right: You might need to bring up this question to your treating physician. Diagnosis and treatment need a complete history, physical exams, imaging and lab works. Then treatment response follow-up is also needed to fine-tune therapy. Your ENT is the one that has all of those. Correct second opinion also bases on those evidence. We don't have enough information based on the brief description above.
