Staining?: If you are referring to staining, tea is possibly one of the most staining beverages. The best way is to brush after having your tea to prevent staining from occurring. If you like to enjoy tea daily, custom whitening trays to use as needed can maintain a whiter smile. If you are using lemon in your tea often, it's acidic properties can cause etching of the enamel.

Straw !: You can keep the tea off your teeth by drinking through a straw. More practical would be to rinse with water after drinking. It takes time for tea and coffee to stain teeth. Also avoiding acidic drinks which make your teeth more susceptible to stains ie sodas, wine. Juices. The protocol around acid drinks is the same- rinse or brush within a half hour of drinking.

Tea: Brush and floss effectively once per day (floss first then brush for five minutes covering all surfaces;you will not believe how good your teeth will feel) and rinse after tea with water so the tea does not sit on the teeth.
