Green & White: Generally speaking, the darker the tea, the more it will stain. That said, green tea or the less common white teas will be the least harmful to a pearly white smile.

White tea & benefits: White tea; is the least processed & has the most antioxidant activity. Studies show compounds in tea can destroy & suppress growth & acid production of cavity-causing bacteria in dental plaque.Tea affects conversion of sugars into the sticky material that plaque uses to adhere to teeth.Certain plaque bacteria lose their ability to stick to others & total amount of dental plaque is reduced.
