Vitamin Deficiency..: 27 y/o says, My tongue has been abnormal for sometime, as if tea burned it. My mouth dries quickly. Side headache and tiredness everyday. Please help. Most likely some kind of Vitamin Deficiency Syndrome. But could be a number of other health issues like hormones. Best option is to see the Doctor physically for examination, Laboratory including vitamins & Hormone analysis and appropriate treatment
