Is nettle tea bad for your teeth?

Side effect: Nettle tea can have many health benefits but you should not use it if you are pregnant. It can interfere with medications for high blood pressure, diuretics, anticoagulants, lithium, and have a effect on blood sugar and pain medications. I do not know of any effects on teeth or oral health.

Stains: As long as it is sugar free then the only major issue could be the stains that might happen.
