Low BP with position: Your blood pressure supposes to go up a bit from laying to sitting to standing up to provide adequate pressure to get blood to your brain (mostly by increase in heart-rate-heart pumping more blood)..With orthostatic hypotension, your BP actually may drop when you stand up causing dizziness/fainting etc. Causes: dehydration, meds use, infections, autonomic dysfunctions and++.
