Breathless: Hi NadiaM, first off, usually pulmonary hypertension is a consequence of a lung disease. There are cases where it is the primary cause, but not as common as the other. At your age, It would be more likely that you are suffering from asthma, allergies, or illness. You will likely need to see your doctor. They will likely get lung tests, xray, and an echocardiogram to check your lung pressures.
