See a doctor: This is grossly abnormal and needs rapid and thorough evaluation. Blood from urine and stool are very severe (presuming it is not coming from your menstrual period), and cannot be ignored. See a primary care doctor now and hope you are better soon.

Bloody urine: blood in urine & stool, fowl cloudy smelling in MALE may be infection in kidney & bladder, might have fever, flank pain, chills, nausea & vomiting, need tested & treatment now. could also be fistula between rectum & bladder...need exam by surgeon...
