A member asked:

Can sperm come out of the uterus after they are past the cervix, possibly due to straining (heavy exercise, constipation, etc)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

SPERM: Not likely, the pressure on the abdomen with straining to stool is unlikely to squeeze out any or enough sperm to make a difference in fertility.
