Been ttc for 6 years. ovu on sept 16th. the 18th and 19th had pinching in my uterus on and off. now constipated and cervix feels swollen. pregnant?

Intercourse needed: If you had unprotected sex the days around your ovulation - you could be. If you miss your next period - do a test. If it's negative, re-do it in a week or so. "Pinching" feelings would not mean anything in the absence of sex and missed period and positive test results. Ask a provider for good info on the issue of conception. Best!
