Hi doctor, i had a knee operation "cruciate ligament" a year and a half ago and also had physiotherapy for four months, but now i feel some pain, why?

Several reasons: There ae several reasons why you could have pain. When you tore you cruciate ligament you could of also damaged the articular cartilage which covers the joint surface. This can cause resudual pain. In addition by having the injury and subsequent surgery even if it was done perfect you could of also problems patellofemoral (knee cap) joint. I suggest you go back to your surgeon for revaluation.
