It might: These symptoms may be due to the kidney infection , or as a side effect of the antibiotics used to treat it. Talk to your doctor to see if these symptoms are related, and especially do so if they worsen.

Kidney infection: Kidney infections or pyelonephritis cause high fevers, one sided back pain and ofter nausea. Not likely tha cause of spasms or itchy legs. A reaction to an antibiotic could possibly account for the itching.
