My brother was pricked by a porcupine spike on his leg, last night. now he has a rash and its itchy he washed and cleaned it afterwards. iam.worried if it'll cause rabies? r any other serious infection?

Rabies highly unlikely from the injury described above. You have not described the rash, it may actually be because of what was put on the skin afterwards. You may want to have evaluation physically at an urgent care especially if the rash is getting worse or if he has fever.
